FAQs
Where is the ball machine available for hire?
The ball machine is only available for hire at Nantwich Tennis Club, and you will need to be a member of Nantwich Tennis Club in order to book a court at Nantwich Tennis Club and use the ball machine.
Why is the ball machine only available at certain times?
The ball machine is currently only available while I am at the tennis club and when it isn't needed for coaching.
Do I need to bring my own tennis balls?
No, tennis balls are included in the hire of the ball machine but please return all balls to the bag at the end of your hire.
It's my first time using the ball machine. What do I do?
Please contact me to arrange for an introduction before booking the ball machine. I will then find a suitable time with you where I can show you how to use the ball machine with suitable settings and placements. The cost of the introductory hire is also £12. An Introduction is mandatory before you can hire the ball machine on its own but once you’ve had the induction you are free to book.
What are the age requirements to hire the Ball machine?
The ball machine can only be hired by adults (18+) however juniors can use the ball machine with adult supervision.
